Mandatory library rules

     Students, Teachers, administrative staff and office bearers are eligible to get library membership to the college library but they have to produce sound proof for their registration. Students as a new entrance have required to submit valid identity card duly signed by the principal with current receipt of admission is mandatory. To get library membership to the library is obligatory to the students admitted and prescribed membership form is allotted at the register counter after produced of sound proof. All the details require to filling in own but good handwriting with valid mobile and mail ID is compulsory for the membership otherwise; the form will not get submitted for preparation of computerized borrower ticket.Each student has given right to borrow three books in which two books on curriculum and books he/she desires to read and one additional book will be issued for competitive examinations. All the books to be the issue for seven to fifteen days validity period is extendable one more time for same borrowed books, after that, the books have to return to the library. The reading room facility available for every registered user for the reading of newspapers, journal and periodicals and free the internet facility through computers available in the library. Journals, Newspapers, periodicals and reference books are not issued on his/her borrower’s tickets for home use it is expected to use this document category within the library reading room.
